all's well

So after a sleepless night of worrying about an upcoming exam for my teaching certificate and fear of mounting vet bills for my klutzy cats, I awoke this morning to find Bella as rambunctious as ever and no sign of a limp whatsoever. Relief. Went to a school this morning to read to the summer school students. Poor mites. At least they are in an airconditioned school. We had fun reading Some Dogs Do by Jez Alborough (which got applause from all the classes). I even tried my hand at storytelling and the younger set really enjoyed it. The older set insisted I sing because they thought it would embarrass me. I made them sing along with me. I was embarrassed for them! It was not a pleasant sound!
