red balloon

Way back in the beginning of the month I went along to a Dr. Suess party...in a purely professional capacity since I helped organize it, read stories and helped with crafts. For my trouble, I got a free cup of coffee and a red helium balloon. The balloon is still floating and the cats are really loving it. Rosa grabs the end of it and carries it all around the house. It's so funny to see this red balloon bopping around the house. She's not really sure what else to do with it and can never get the balloon under the table with her. It just floats away. I'm not sure what we'll do when the balloon finally loses it's floating power.
